  The non-profit incubation model was created in 2006 and had been put into operation since April 2007. This is our core business aiming to provide critical supports for newly established NGOs and Social Enterprises.
  Guided by the principle of “supported by the government, initiated by civil society organization, managed by the professional team, monitored by the public and benefited by grassroots NGOs”, the Incubator of NPI has executive teams in Shanghai, Beijing and Chengdu, conducts fund raising activities from foundations, enterprises and other donors, and sets up a strong mentor plan with external experts and consultants providing high-quality services covering administration, accounting, law, marketing and public relationship etc. to the incubating start-up NGOs. NPI is also actively advocate for the policy making in favor of the development of grassroots NGOs and promote more government-purchasing NGO services projects, in order to better serving newly established NGOs and Social Enterprises.
  The mission of the Incubator of NPI is to foster innovative and effective NGOs and Social Enterprises, and to support social entrepreneurs with high potential. We provide crucial resources needed for these newly established NGOs and Social Enterprises, including: free office space and facilities, counseling and capacity-building programs, registration consulting and micro-grants. Furthermore, NPI provides help on fund-raising, policy influence and advocacy for the better development of NGOs and Social Enterprises.
