Ms. Kathy Cheng
Ph.D. of University of Chicago; Master in Psychology of Iowa State University; Market Research and Consulting expert.
Kathy was the director of AC Nielsen Beijing branch in 1996, and then served as director in two well-known international market research companies. In 2001, Kathy Cheng joined McKinsey and was responsible for restructuring of large state-owned telecommunications and insurance companies, brand management, district-level government functions repositioning and product portfolio strategy for multinational companies. In 2006, Kathy initiated the Philanthropy Project of McKinsey. |

Mr. Zhao Lv
Founder and Director of NPI. B.A., MBA from Peking University.
A former Xinhua News Agency journalist, and the founder/ Chief Editor of the first professional financial publication, China Securities, Mr. Lv has extensive professional experience in journalism. Additionally, he has more than 10 years’ experience in PR and business management as an entrepreneur.
After joining the Third Sector in 2003, Mr. Lv worked as the Chief Editor of China Philanthropy Times. While at the Philanthropy Times, he collaborated with Rupert Hoogewerf to launch the first list ranking philanthropists in China.
In 2006 Mr. Lv established NPI in Shanghai, developing the first non-profit organization incubator in China. The incubator model has garnered wide-spread acclaim from the government, private sector and NPOs and is now considered to be one of the major innovations in China’s social sector.
Mr. Lv is a pioneer in many fields including: CSR, social enterprise, venture philanthropy and NGO development. At present, he is also Vice Chairman of the Shanghai United Foundation and Vice Chairman of the Pudong Youth Federation. In 2008, he was recognized as one of the ‘Top Ten Outstanding Young People in Pudong District.’ |

Mr. Yusheng Shang
Chairman and co-founder of CNPON; graduate from Department of Physics, Peking University.
Before taking the position of Secretary-General of National Natural Science Foundation of China since 1986, Mr. Shang was doing academic research in Physics Institute of China Academy of Sciences. As one of the founders of China foundation and NPOs information network, Mr. Shang also serves as Secretary-General of Wu Zuoren International Foundation of Fine Arts. For the past twenty years, Mr. Shang has been committed himself to Scientific Foundation Management, the study and the practice on Third Sector leadership, NGO capacity building and networking system. |

Mr. Yuesheng Xin
B.A. in International Economics from Peking University; MBA from Harvard University; Director of CITIC Capital Co. Ltd.
Before joining CITIC, Mr. Xin worked for Mckinsey in both Washington and Shanghai offices as a senior consultant. |

Ms. Tuan Yang
Graduated from Capital University of Economics and Business; further studied in McMaster University, Canada and New York University; former director of Office for Economic Restructuring; former Secretary-General of China Population Welfare Foundation; former Vice Secretary-General of China Charity Federation.
Ms. Yang is the Director of Social Policy Research Center in CASS. She is the former Division Chief of the State Commission for Restructuring the Economic Systems and former Director of Social Distribution Office of the Institute of State System Reform Committee. She also served as former Secretary-General of China Population Welfare Foundation and former Vice Secretary-General of China Charity Federation for 6 years. She has undertaken many research projects, and her academic research covers social security system, Civil Society development, social policies, rural medical care reform and etc. |
